Meal planning and goal tracking are a high priority at Blueprint Health Studio. Monthly check-in’s are done in a private setting to ensure we’re on the right path to success for the individual client. We track not only weight lost or gained (depending on what your goals are) but, we also measure inches lost and muscle gained. Body fat analysis and composition are also tracked. This helps us tailor your work-outs and meal plans to ensure we are providing the best service to you, the client. Constant change and customization are utilized to guarantee the best results. Meal plans are based on you, the individual. That means, if you have food allergies or sensitivity’s we will create a plan that best fits you while still yielding the highest results.
